BMW is recalling certain 2024 S 1000 RR US and 2020-2026 S 1000 RR motorcycles due to ignition lock component failure caused by vibration, which can lead to electrical system failures and engine stalls. Owner notification letters will be mailed starting September 14, 2026, while a remedy is under development.
