Colt Nichols of Suzuki delivered his season-best result in Moto 2 at the Hangtown Motocross Classic in Rancho Cordova, California. He gained eight positions in the first moto and finished 16th in the second moto on a challenging, bumpy track, earning points toward both the AMA Pro Motocross season and SMX World Championship.
