KTM is recalling certain 2025 390 Adventure R, 390 SMC R, 390 Adventure X, and 390 Enduro R motorcycles due to side stand spring breakage caused by engine vibrations. The side stand may fall while riding, potentially shutting off ignition and increasing crash risk. Dealers will replace the side stand spring and install a new retaining plate free of charge.
