KTM North America recalls 2025 390 Adventure R, 390 SMC R, 390 Adventure X, and 390 Enduro R motorcycles due to engine vibrations causing side stand spring breakage. A fallen side stand while riding can shut off ignition, risking crashes. Dealers will replace the side stand spring and install a new sensor retaining plate free of charge.
